Visitors to South Africa will see wild places and experience the myriad of cultures here, an amazing variety of wildlife and a range of habitats.

These stretch from Agulhas, the southern tip of the continent, to the tropic of Capricorn, mountains and marshland, coastal plain and bushveld savannah, arid desert and luxuriant forest, all sustaining an astonishing variety of insects, reptiles, birds and mammal life.

Explore the fascinating African cultures, stunning scenery and wonderful hiking. Miles of empty beaches and golden sands and modern cities with world-class restaurants and shopping.

And there is a wide range of accommodation and activity choices - from simple tented camps to ultra luxurious hotels and international class restaurants.

South Africa really is a world in one country!

Day 1 :

Arrive in Cape Town. Transfer to an exclusive hotel overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Fine cuisine, spectacular sweeping views and superb service are all part of the experience as we welcome you to our ‘Rainbow Nation’.

Days 2-3 :

Cape Town and surrounds - After an early breakfast we explore the ‘Mother City’ one of the most beautiful in the world, the spectacular meeting place of mountain and sea.

Fine hiking and options to visit a variety of interesting places including the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront; Cape Point Nature Reserve, fantastic views and walks on Table Mountain, National Botanical Gardens at Kirstenbosch, the Groot Constantia wine estate. For the adventurous at heart, conquer your fears with an awesome shark-diving experience or relax and enjoy a unique whale-watching journey.

Take a cultural tour, which includes the shantytown of Khayalitsha where you are able to meet and interact with the locals - you are afforded the opportunity to mingle with the local community. You will be welcomed in the traditional African manner in the townships of Langa and Khayalitsha.

Day 4-5 :

Cape Winelands - Today we transfer you via road from Cape Town to the charming town of Franschhoek  or the “The French Corner”.

The number of top rated restaurants together with the excellent boutique wine farms of the Franschhoek Valley makes this the most perfect place to visit in all of South Africa for food and wine lovers!

Overnight in luxurious accommodation and style

Days 6-7 :

Transfer flights from Cape Town to a luxury lodge, in the Thornybush Private Reserve adjacent to the greater Kruger National Park in South Africa. Early morning and evening game-drives, game walks with expert Rangers and trackers. This is Big 5 country and sightings of elephants and predators are exceptional. This lodge is an exclusive getaway for those who value privacy, personalised service and some of the best game viewing Africa has to offer.

Days 8-10:

Drive to one of the most luxurious tented camps in South Africa. Set in Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, the game viewing is superb with bush walks, night drives in open 4 wheel drive vehicles. This camp was recently nominated South Africa's most luxurious tented camp. 

Days 11-12 :

Drive to the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. At your lodge, the emphasis is on exceptional personal service, exclusivity and privacy. Game walks in the early morning and late afternoon exploration by open Landover’s to see a huge variety of grazing herds including impala, tsessebe, giraffe, and zebra. 

Day 13 :

Return transfer back to Johannesburg International Airport for your onward flight home.

Kwa-Zulu Natal (KZN) & Drakensberg
Fly to Durban and drive through the Valley of a Thousand Hills to a spectacular mountain Lodge, set at 4,000 feet in the northern Drakensberg Mountains. Garden Route & Tsitsikamma National Park
Fly to the famous Garden Route and the charming village of Knysna. Hiking trails in indigenous forest and the Tsitsikamma National Park, a spectacular marine reserve with steep cliffs and seascapes is one of Africa's most scenic hiking regions with the Tsitsikamma and Otter Trails, and a spectacular coastline rich with tide-pool life.
